What is the age range of your PDFs?
Most of our items are open-ended, which means the age range is quite vast. Generally, we’re aiming for ages 9-ish to 14 and up. That said, many customers use our items for younger kids, as well as for high schoolers and even college/university. Check the sample pages to see if the item is right for your needs.

Do you have sample pages?
We include sample pages on our website for every item. Just click on the individual title and they’re embedded in the description.

Where can I buy an individual PDF - or do I have to buy a bundle?
Currently, we're not selling items under $5 on this site. However, we will be adding our PDFs to the Teachers Pay Teachers marketplace and you will be able to buy them there. 

Can I return a PDF?
Our PDFs are not returnable. However, sometimes stuff happens. Occasionally, people add two of the same PDF to their cart, or they make a double order. Just email us and we’ll get it sorted.

Can I get a detailed PDF invoice (for teachers)?
Yes! If you require a downloadable and detailed invoice, just email hello@furiousthink.com and we can send a PDF invoice your way.

Are your PDFs editable?
No. However, you can copy and paste the text so, if desired, you can tailor the content to your needs.

How does downloading work?

• You’ll receive the link to your downloads page in two places. It will appear on your checkout page (after payment) and you'll receive an Order email that contains the same link.

• Using the link (which is facilitated from our tech partner, SendOwl), you can download your PDFs up to 5 times.

• The link itself will stay open for 2 weeks. If you miss that window, please email us at hello@furiousthink.com so we can reactivate it. 

What if my download link expires?
It’s not a problem. Download links automatically expire in two weeks - however, if your link has expired and you need it reactivated, you can email us at hello@furiousthink.com and we’ll reset it. 

Why can’t you just keep the download link open forever?
The link automatically expires because it’s important to close the transaction and to ensure that open links aren’t out there being passed around on an ongoing basis. In other words, it helps us stay in business.

What if I bought a multipack that is no longer offered, but I need to re-download the PDFs in it?
Whether they’re in a new bundle or on their own, we will ensure you get access again to the PDFs you ordered.

Do you sell physical books?
No. It’s true we used to, but only in Canada and a bit in the US. In 2021, we went to downloads only. By doing so, we’re able to sell globally while keeping prices down.

Can I share the PDFs?
Our PDFs are for use at home or in the classroom. As such, buyers may share the contents with kids, students, and learners of any age for educational-related purposes. Redistribution or reproduction of the contents for commercial purposes is prohibited.
